Good day: September 18, 2025
A Thursday. Waking up at the Wolfskuil where I’ll be staying again tonight. It is so much fun to stay with Marcel and his wife Menke and their three daughters. Very, very fun to be with them and enjoy it very much.
Internet Access and Reflection
Today, a day where I have access to the Internet, which is totally awesome. It’s too silly that we are so much relying on that stuff. But if you want to do things, in different places, on different continents, it is very helpful indeed.
About the Wolfskuil
Just a little bit more about The Wolfskuil. It is really a place for groups, and when you go there you have great accommodation, very efficient and a very nice environment to do things in the forest, in the fields, long walks, get on the water, all kinds of other stuff. Just so you know, if you need a place to stay for a group, it is a great place to go.
Rediscovering Dutch Roads
I am totally out of touch with being Dutch in the sense that since I have not spent that much time here in my last many years, it is very enjoyable to drive on small roads and take it easy on those roads because there’s no room for speed. Theres very many a place where one would want to take a picture.
Preparing the Vehicle
Another thing I was trying to accomplish is to have the website on the vehicle. Well, that’s easier said than done. Thanks again to Marcel and the connections he has, we were able to arrange for someone to make them. I’ve been hoping to pick them up in the last few days, but that hasn’t quite worked out yet. Now I’m finding out I can do that tomorrow on my way to Naaldwijk. So that’ll be a great thing.
Measuring Spaces
In order to make that happen, I had to measure all the spaces to see how we could best use the space. So you’ll see some of that. Thank you for being on this journey. Catch you tomorrow.
